Local landscape painter Joan van Deventer lives with her husband on the scenic route of the Ring of Kerry in Templenoe, Kenmare, Co-Kerry.

She started painting as a hobby in the seventies and has since developed her own style. All Joan's paintings are originals,
showing local landscapes and buildings and some abstracts. Most of them are 16" by 20" and all them painted on canvas.
